We are on the lookout for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team in beautiful Cape Town. This role involves overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring high standards of guest service, and leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations, focusing on guest experience and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring service excellence.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure follow-ups on issues raised.
  • Work with local businesses to promote partnerships and events.
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff skills.
  • Organize and oversee special events to increase hotel visibility.
  • Conduct market research to stay competitive in the hospitality sector.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior hospitality role
