We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counsellor to join our passionate team in East London. The successful candidate will provide support to clients facing various mental health challenges through individual and group therapy sessions, assessments, and interventions tailored to their specific needs. You will play a vital role in promoting mental wellness and improving client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of animal illnesses.
• Perform surgical procedures and manage postoperative care.
• Guide pet owners on nutrition, behavior, and preventive health.
• Manage medical records and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Participate in local community animal welfare initiatives.
• Work as part of a dedicated veterinary team.
• Provide compassionate care and support to pet owners.
• Develop treatment strategies in line with industry best practices.
• Manage emergency cases as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science
• Certification in Animal Behavior is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in veterinary practice
