• Handle the preparation and submission of trademark applications.
• Conduct comprehensive trademark audits for clients.
• Monitor and enforce trademarks against infringements.
• Research and analyse trademark law and recent developments.
• Assist in educating clients about trademark rights and responsibilities.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in trademark law or related field.

Certifications

• Certified Intellectual Property Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
