Job Description

As a Trademark Specialist at Legal Expertise Group, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of trademark registrations and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of intellectual property law, and will work closely with clients to protect their brands and innovations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise trademark application processes and liaise with clients for efficient outcomes.
• Perform extensive trademark searches to ensure compliance with the law.
• Prepare responses to trademark office actions and oppositions.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on trademark portfolio management.
• Work closely with the legal team to develop best practices in trademark protection.
• Monitor trademark usage and enforce rights as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Law degree with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law

Experience

• 3-5 years of specialized trademark experience
