Job Description

As a Surveyor at Innovative Survey Solutions, you will utilize your technical skills to perform land surveys and create detailed reports for our project management team. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with diverse professionals and be at the forefront of building our city’s infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive surveys for various land uses including residential, commercial, and industrial.
• Produce high-quality survey reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Gather and interpret land use data for various project phases.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for larger projects.
• Monitor project progress and address any emerging issues promptly.
• Utilize CAD and other software for precise mapping.
• Develop innovative surveying techniques and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to surveys.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of field experience in surveying

Technical Skills

• Total Station and GPS Operation
• Survey Data Analysis

• Critical Thinking
• Leadership

Certifications

• Geomatics Professional Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Drone Surveying: Experience in using drones for site surveys and data collection.
• Project Management Skills: Proficient in managing surveying projects from inception to completion.
