We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Cape Town. Your role will involve addressing customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer communications.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
