Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with key accounts to facilitate engagement.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately to maintain satisfaction.
  • Lead customer onboarding and training efforts to ensure successful adoption.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively resolve potential concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Create value-driven reports for customers highlighting their successes.
  • Organize and promote customer workshops and training sessions.
  • Work closely with sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Assist in developing scalable processes for customer engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or client-facing roles
Technical Skills
  • Experience with customer analytics tools
