Responsibilities

  • Schedule and supervise staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards in all hotel services.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and feedback.
  • Plan and manage special events and functions held at the hotel.
  • Analyze market trends to discover new business opportunities.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of hotel staff.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  • Review and approve expenditures, ensuring budget compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
