Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Construction Manager who can oversee multiple construction projects in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing construction teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all construction activities on-site.
  • Develop project execution strategies and timelines.
  • Monitor and analyze project costs and progress.
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and provide updates.
  • Facilitate training and supervision for construction personnel.
  • Assess quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout the construction site.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all project phases.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and ensure adherence to contracts.
  • Implement best practices in construction management and project delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Professional registration is preferred
