Job Description

We are searching for a proactive HR Manager to spearhead our human resources initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring our HR practices align with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain HR policies and protocols.
  • Facilitate training sessions and professional development workshops.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Foster a strong company culture through programs and initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR issues.
  • Manage succession planning processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
