• Execute daily operational tasks and deliver superior customer service.
• Assist in managing stock and conducting regular inventory audits.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Help develop attractive product displays in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Efficiently process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager regarding issues and opportunities.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further studies in business or retail management is a plus
• Customer Service Strong customer service skills, able to engage with diverse customers.
• Inventory Management Knowledgeable in stock management processes.
• Communication Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Basic)

• Knowledge of customer loyalty programs: Understanding of how to implement and maintain loyalty systems.
• Experience in training new staff: Ability to help onboard and train new employees in store processes.
