Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute promotional strategies that maximize customer engagement.
  • Oversee the online customer service operations to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

  • Continuously test and optimize conversion rate on the online platform.
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain elements to ensure product availability.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
