Job Description

We are on the hunt for an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You'll play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment drives and manage applicant tracking system.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support HR Manager in developing HR strategies.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and compliance.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Participate in organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Sciences
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 3 years of HR experience in corporate settings
Technical Skills
  • HR software proficiency
  • Training program development

Certifications
  • HR Management Certification (HRCI)
Languages
  • Afrikaans: Conversational
  • English: Fluent
