L&D Systems Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented L&D Systems Analyst to join our Cape Town office. This role involves analyzing learning systems, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring the smooth implementation of training programs. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of technical training needs and be able to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop training evaluation tools and processes.
• Consult with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy in training materials.
• Manage the logistics of training sessions.
• Evaluate training delivery methods and suggest improvements.
• Develop engaging online learning experiences.
• Coordinate with external vendors for training delivery.
• Assist in budget management for training programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resource Development is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar role within corporate environments

Certifications

• Instructional Designer Certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a plus
