Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Representative to join our Durban office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns.
  • Order processing and follow-up on delivery status.
  • Promote additional services to customers as appropriate.
  • Contribute to team performance metrics by meeting individual targets.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to handle customer issues effectively.
  • Participate in team meetings to share best practices.
  • Support the development of customer support procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Relevant customer service certifications would be beneficial
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech environment
