Responsibilities
Ensure clients understand the full range of products and services available.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide timely resolutions.
Work with the sales team to identify potential new business opportunities.
Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers at all levels.
Educate clients on best practices to maximize their use of products.
Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.
Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy.

Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field
