Job Description

We're on the hunt for a proactive Customer Success Manager who thrives on helping clients succeed. Your focus will be on account management and creating long-lasting relationships with our customers in Port Elizabeth.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients understand the full range of products and services available.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Work with the sales team to identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Educate clients on best practices to maximize their use of products.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
