We are in search of a Community Outreach Coordinator to lead our community engagement efforts in Durban. This role is vital in connecting with local residents, organizing events, and building partnerships to enhance community well-being.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of outreach projects and evaluate their impact.
• Engage with community members to gather insights and promote participation.
• Develop promotional materials for community initiatives and events.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Conduct training and workshops for community members to build capacity.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and community stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community outreach, social services or related fields
