Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Support talent acquisition efforts by developing job descriptions and managing job postings.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance workplace diversity and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to address HR-related needs.
  • Assist with the development of training and learning opportunities for employees.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
