The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics, coordinating supply chain operations, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Your skills in problem-solving and communication will be crucial in maintaining effective relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics activities to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
• Track shipments and resolve any issues that arise.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for inventory management.
• Develop relationships with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist in crisis management and disaster recovery plans.
• Train and mentor junior staff in supply chain operations.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects aimed at process improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
