Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Mechanical Engineer who possesses a solid foundation in engineering principles and a flair for design. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects that require creativity, technical skills, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Engage in design reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality workmanship.
• Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions.
• Prepare project proposals and technical reports.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and plans as necessary.
• Facilitate training and mentoring for junior engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Autodesk Inventor
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with renewable energy projects: Hands-on experience with projects focusing on renewable energy solutions.
