• Stay engaged with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss hiring strategies and requirements.
• Promote a positive employer brand through engaging recruitment marketing.
• Train and mentor junior recruitment staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or sales
