Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and selection process for all positions.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for staff.
• Assist with employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
• Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Keep up to date with HR trends and best practices.
• Assist in the management of employee performance reviews.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve processes.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in HR or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in an HR position

• CIPD Level 7
