Job Description

We are seeking a creative Event Planner to coordinate and execute various events. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage budgets, and ensure that all event elements are in place. Bring your passion and expertise to our team and help us create magical moments.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to define their event vision and goals.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to obtain best rates and services.
  • Manage event marketing and promotional activities to draw attendees.
  • Ensure all events comply with legal, health, and safety regulations.
  • Stay current with trends in event planning and incorporate new ideas into events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning or Hospitality Management
  • Post-graduate certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
