We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Manager to oversee our operations in Cape Town. This role requires leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences. You will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth operations and enhance the overall quality of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Participate in hiring and training hotel staff.
  • Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
