In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support, conducting legal research, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and service providers.
• Evaluate risks and prepare mitigation strategies.
• Support the company's strategic initiatives through legal analysis.
• Participate in stakeholder engagement and provide legal insight into business negotiations.
• Draft internal guidelines and procedures to address legal matters.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or relevant legal qualification
• Master's in Law is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a corporate setting or law firm
