Job Description

We are on the lookout for a qualified Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will provide sound legal advice, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while minimizing risks for the organization. You will play a critical role in drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on corporate governance, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Advise on risk management strategies and legal implications of business decisions.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Admitted attorney or advocate is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably within a corporate environment
