Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Machinist Helper to assist our skilled machinists in their day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will support machining operations by setting up, maintaining, and operating various equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and set-up of CNC machines.
• Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Engage in material preparation and handling for machining.
• Work collaboratively with machinists to enhance production processes.
• Document daily production reports and assist in quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
• Contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of the workshop.
• Adapt to various machining tasks as required.
• Actively seek feedback for personal and professional growth.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• CNC machine operation
• Basic troubleshooting skills

Languages
