Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, where you'll use your understanding of the job market and candidate profiles to connect clients with exceptional talent. You'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their hiring needs and objectives.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate fit for client roles.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry news to provide informed advice to clients.
• Build a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
• Utilize recruitment software to track candidates' progress through the hiring process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Technical Skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
