Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to assist clients with resolving their IT issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries.
  • Resolve issues with speed and accuracy, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of IT systems.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to resolve bugs.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a technical support or IT role
