Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee client relationships and drive customer satisfaction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and a knack for building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to resolve issues quickly.
  • Facilitate feedback loops with customers to guide product development.
  • Conduct surveys to assess customer satisfaction and improvement areas.
  • Prepare and share customer success stories and case studies.
  • Drive engagement through regular communications and updates.
  • Support the sales team in contract renewals and expansions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 5+ years in customer success management
