As a Customer Success Manager in Durban, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Job Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather actionable insights.
  • Implement customer success frameworks to improve retention and reduce churn.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Analyze customer health scores and develop strategies to boost client engagement.
  • Lead customer training initiatives and share best practices to maximize product adoption.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of customer success strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions for future reference.
  • Promote advocacy and referrals by creating positive customer experiences.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to expand knowledge on our offerings and industry trends.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Proficient in using CRM tools to manage customer interactions.
  • Data Analysis Able to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Strong ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Customer Success Manager Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with SaaS products: Understanding of Software as a Service business models.
  • Experience in cross-functional team leadership: Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams for customer success.
