Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager in Durban, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary focus will be to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes through our products and services, nurturing long-term relationships by addressing their needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather actionable insights.
  • Implement customer success frameworks to improve retention and reduce churn.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Analyze customer health scores and develop strategies to boost client engagement.
  • Lead customer training initiatives and share best practices to maximize product adoption.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of customer success strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions for future reference.
  • Promote advocacy and referrals by creating positive customer experiences.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to expand knowledge on our offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related area
