Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will be pivotal in implementing HR policies and practices, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role involves collaborating with management to drive performance and cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Administer HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding.
  • Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Support employee performance management and evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
  • Support workplace diversity and inclusion efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
