We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support our HR department. You will handle a wide array of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee development. Responsibilities

  • Streamline the recruitment process to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
  • Assist managers in identifying talent development needs.
  • Ensure HR practices align with industry best practices.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Provide support in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Advise on HR compliance issues and legislation changes.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics for organizational improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR management experience

Certifications
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent
