We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing medication therapy for our patients, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Review and interpret laboratory results and health records to guide therapy.
• Foster relationships with patients to promote adherence to medication.
• Educate staff about medication safety and best practices.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health education.
• Assist in the development of pharmacy protocols.
• Mentor pharmacy interns and staff on clinical practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Pharmacy or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting

Certifications
