Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about people management and organizational development. In this role, you will oversee various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance and support them in achieving their HR needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the talent acquisition process including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture through engagement programs.
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Collaborate with management on training and development strategies.
  • Provide counsel to employees on HR-related issues.
  • Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Support the implementation of employee wellness programs.
  • Coordinate HR metrics and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
