We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Sandton team. This critical role involves leading diverse projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet all outlined objectives, timelines, and budget requirements. The ideal candidate should be a proactive leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, charters, and schedules.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project constraints, risks, and dependencies.
• Review and approve project deliverables before submission to clients.
• Provide leadership by mentoring team members and managing performance.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant industry standards and organizational policies.
• Report on project performance and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Project Management or Business preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field
