We are looking for Forest and Conservation Workers to join our team at XYZ Nursery. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting seedlings, maintaining quality standards, and assisting in various horticultural activities.
Responsibilities
Perform sorting and grading of seedlings based on predefined criteria.
Organize seedlings for optimal growth and market readiness.
Collaborate with other team members on nursery tasks.
Keep detailed records of sorting activities and plant health.
Assist in nursery maintenance including irrigation and pest management.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
Follow health and safety procedures diligently.

Experience
No experience required, but previous experience in a nursery or horticulture environment is advantageous.
