Job Description

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in East London. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent with our prestigious clients, ensuring both candidate and client satisfaction. As a vital part of our recruitment team, you will leverage your communication skills and industry knowledge to develop strong relationships, manage the recruitment process from start to finish, and contribute to our firm’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to placement.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ascertain skills and suitability.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to attract diverse candidates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on candidate feedback and market trends.
  • Develop recruitment marketing materials to promote job vacancies.
  • Participate in process improvement discussions to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Mentor junior staff in recruitment best practices.
  • Share industry insights with clients to establish expertise.
  • Attend training sessions to refine interviewing techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
