Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Bloemfontein team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing processes, identifying bugs, and suggesting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reports.
• Participate in planning and design sessions to understand project requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
• Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Monitor application performance in production environments.
• Train junior QA team members on testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Software Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance

Technical Skills

• Test Automation
• API Testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in SQL: Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
• Exposure to CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with integrating testing into CI/CD processes.
