Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and beverage management, demonstrating leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day food and beverage operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Plan special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize menu pricing and profitability.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to share updates and improve team communication.
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage budget allocation for food and beverage departments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Management training courses are preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry with at least 3 years in a management role
