We are on the hunt for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Centurion team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing candidates across various industries. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our clients receive only the best talent, and you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on progress.
• Engage with passive candidates and maintain a talent database.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment consultancy or HR role

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
