Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients.
• Perform psychological assessments and evaluations to develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Stay informed on best practices in mental health and new therapeutic techniques.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Participate in outreach programs to educate the community on mental health issues.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Psychology may be considered
• Health Professions Council of South Africa registration required

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a therapeutic role
