Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate information about products and services.
  • Create and maintain customer FAQs and knowledge base articles.
  • Engage with customers on social media platforms to provide support.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in developing customer support strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills.
  • Assist in implementing new tools and technologies in the support process.
  • Encourage customer loyalty through exceptional service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or call center environment
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of customer service protocols
  • Experience with ticketing systems
Soft Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Time management
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
