Job Description

Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician where you will provide essential support in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. Your role will involve assisting pharmacists with dispensing medication and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound medications according to prescriptions.
• Assist with quality assurance processes within the pharmacy.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and record keeping.
• Collaborate with other pharmacy staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Evaluate medication orders for potential interactions.
• Support the training of new pharmacy technicians.
• Assist in the management of pharmacy software and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is preferred
• Certification from an accredited pharmacy technician program

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in community pharmacy
