We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a knack for identifying top talent. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough job analyses to understand client needs.
• Engage with potential candidates through various platforms.
• Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
• Develop candidate profiles and maintain an active talent pool.
• Lead recruitment presentations and pitches to clients.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Psychology or Sociology is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• ATS Proficiency

Languages

• English: Fluent
