Job Description

As a Payroll Consultant, you will handle the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments while adhering to local tax laws. You'll be expected to provide exceptional service, advising clients on payroll procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire payroll function for multiple clients.
• Ensure payroll accuracy through thorough checks and balances.
• Prepare payroll-related documentation for statutory compliance.
• Training new staff on payroll systems and processes.
• Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Provide support during payroll audits and reviews.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure timely processing of new hires.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management for payroll concerns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll or finance environments

Technical Skills

• SAGE Payroll
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Payroll Compliance Practitioner

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
