We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You'll oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring a supportive workplace culture. Responsibilities

  • Direct the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Evaluate employee performance and discuss development needs with management.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Manage employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on employee experiences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR certifications such as CIPD or equivalent is a plus
