Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide psychological assessments and interventions to clients experiencing various mental health issues. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create effective treatment plans and facilitate therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans and track client progress.
• Run effective therapy sessions ensuring engagement and confidentiality.
• Communicate with families about treatment options and progress.
• Stay informed about the latest research in psychology.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and modify as necessary.
• Offer support for patients with severe mental health crises.
• Prepare and present training materials on mental health topics.
• Foster a therapeutic and welcoming environment for clients.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines in clinical practice.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree or equivalent in Psychology or related field
• Clinical supervision training is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in a clinical psychology setting
