Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide psychological assessments and interventions to clients experiencing various mental health issues. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create effective treatment plans and facilitate therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assess mental health conditions through interviews and psychological tests.
• Design effective treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Lead supportive group therapy sessions and workshops.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain client confidentiality.
• Work as part of a cohesive multidisciplinary team.
• Offer remote consultations when necessary.
• Provide emotional support and coping strategies to clients.
• Engage in community outreach to promote mental wellness awareness.
• Teach techniques to manage stress and enhance coping skills.
• Participate in case evaluations and treatment reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree or equivalent in Psychology or related field
• Clinical supervision training is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in a clinical psychology setting

Certifications
