Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and strategies in alignment with our business goals. You will play a vital role in enhancing employee engagement, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to Senior Management, providing HR insights to drive business performance.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation strategies.
  • Create and oversee a strong employer branding strategy.
  • Assist in aligning HR practices with organizational values.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Supervise HR staff and provide mentorship.
  • Craft communication strategies for HR initiatives.
  • Engage in community outreach and employer branding efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Professional HR certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR management experience in a fast-paced environment
