Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting our employees' development and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring a strategic approach to hiring.
  • Coordinate employee performance evaluation processes.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration effectively.
  • Support organizational development initiatives and cultural transformation efforts.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill employees.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity
